Children's Discounts: Staying on rollaway bed in room with 2 full-paying guests. Free up to age 2, 60 % discount up to age 6, 40 % discount up to age 10, 20 % up to age 18. Charge for a crib/cot € 11 / day. In the event of single occupancy of a double room, we bill a 70% surcharge per day on the regular rate for that particular room.

Kids Special (28.01. - 18.02.2012) During these dates, kids ages 7 - 15 receive a 50 % discount off our regular half-board prices (when staying on a roll-away bed in the room of 2 full-paying guests).

In the event of premature departure or delayed arrival, we will be obliged to charge you 90% of the projected price. On arrival day, your room is available for check-in after 3 p.m., whilst on departure day we ask you to check out by 11 a.m. In the event of short stays lasting three days or less, we charge an additional EURO 10 per person and day. Should you not wish to have dinner at the hotel, we refund you EURO 5.50 per day. The pet charge is EURO 11 per day (pet food not included. Charge for an additional parking space: EUR 9/day.

In all other matters, Austrian Hotel Contracting Conditions (ÖHVB) will apply
